Crop Book collects and retains basic personal information, such as name, address,
phone, and email contact data from it’s mailing list only. Crop Book will occasionally send
it’s members updates on upcoming events, contests, and/or coupon discounts from it’s
sponsors. Crop Book will never share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose this personal
information to any third party. Under no circumstances does Crop Book request or collect
sensitive Personal Identifiable Information such as an Internet user's medical/health
conditions; racial or ethnic origin; political, religious or philosophical beliefs or affiliations.
Opting Out
Crop Book will occasionally send members updates regarding upcoming events and/or
coupon discounts from sponsors. Members may change personal information or opt out at
any time by clicking the “Remove Listing” link at the bottom of the Crop Book “Home”
page.
Directory Listings
Crop Book publishes contact information including name, address, phone, email and web
address as a free service to Scrapbook retailers and event organizers. All posted
information is posted solely at the request of the scrapbook retailers, club and event
organizers. It is the responsibility of the retailer, club and/or event organizer to verify the
accuracy of the listing in the directory. The retailer, club or event organizer must notify
Scrap Happenings of necessary corrections or changes. Routinely, Crop Book will request
via email contact information updates from all retailers, club and/or event organizers. If a
response is not received, the listing will be dropped from the directory. The retailer, club
and/or event organizer may send another submission to Crop Book. This is done to
ensure that all listings are up to date and accurate.
Affiliates
At the request of a scrapbook retailer, scrapbook club, and/or scrapbook event organizer,
Crop Book will post and publish a banner with a link to the affiliates website and/or email.
Crop Book does this as a free service to scrapbook retailers, scrapbook clubs and
scrapbook event organizers only. At this time, Crop Book does not offer this service to
wholesalers and/or other businesses that do not offer scrapbook related products, clubs
and/or events.
Surveys and/or Polls
CropBook.com offers surveys from the site in which we ask you for opinions. This is for
entertainment purposes only. We do not and will not ask you for contact information in
regards to survey data.
